Old Fashioned 4th of July Picnic @ The Barnacle

Coconut Grove – The Barnacle Society invites you to their Old Fashioned Picnic, held each Independence Day on the bay front grounds of The Barnacle Historic State Park, 3485 Main Highway, Coconut Grove, Florida 33133. This year’s celebration takes place on Sunday, July 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST and features live music by Daddy Wags and Uncle Scotchy and an old-fashioned Barbecue with Hotdogs and Burgers (meat and vegetarian) .
Pack your own picnic lunch or purchase hot dogs, burgers and other treats from The Barnacle Society. The pedestrian gate opens at 9 a.m. and admission is the regular entrance fee of $2 per person. Children ages 5 and under are free, and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
The Barnacle Historic State Park is administered by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and events are sponsored by The Barnacle Society, Inc., a non-profit organization created for the preservation and financial support of this historic site.
